The MP 20 VK series presses set benchmarks in the laboratory sector in terms of their equipment and performance values.
With a pressing area of 460 x 350 mm, laboratory presses in the MP 20 VK series offer a variety of features and functions that are otherwise not found in the laboratory press sector.
The possibility of our special machine construction department to integrate many extensions and specific modifications into this series of machines deserves special mention here.
These are at processing temperatures of up to over 450 degrees Celsius with pressure controls from 250 to 3000 Newton, comprehensive control and monitoring of heating and cooling phases, as well as recording of measuring contacts within the packages (inner layer measurement) with real-time recording of the process sequences.
A vacuum of up to 2 mbar can be generated inside the vacuum chamber, depending on customer requirements and the equipment of the system. Active control of the vacuum inside the chamber is available on special request.
A multi-circuit hydraulic control (optional) allows the process to be started from almost zero pressure up to a force of 30 tons of pressure over the entire surface.
As a special option, our MP 20 VK are also available as 2-storey systems.
The unlimited possibilities in the area of equipment thus allow the development of new products and prototypes on a basis that is also available in the production segment of industrial systems.
This means that programs and data created for the MP 20 VK series are fully transferable to our production systems such as the LP 100 VK or LP 1000 VK systems.
