The RM series scoring machines extend our portfolio with a range of CNC-controlled notch trimming machines for panel formats from 120 x 120 mm up to formats of 650 x 650 mm with material thicknesses from 0.5 to 3.2 mm.
The variable mounting system of the panels allows the use of various pin systems to ensure the smoothest possible adaptation of the process.
In addition to high functionality, our systems focus on the usual intuitive user experience, which allows even more complex processes to be created with little training time.
The systems have all common functions such as processing in X / Y direction, variable scoring depths from line to line and scribing.
The AC drives allow cutting blade speeds of 2,000 to 10,000 revolutions per minute and the use of all common scoring blades for a wide range of materials.
Thanks to the latest material guidance in conjunction with spray cool systems (optional), our RM systems are also able to process panels with sensitive surfaces or aluminum.
