The LP 100 and LP 1000 series multilayer presses have been the successful flagship product in our portfolio for many years.
The press systems, which are available from 1 to 4 levels, are ideal for processing all common materials on the market. Whether in the production of printed circuit boards or in use for various technical laminates, the press lines of the LP 100 and LP 1000 series are the first choice for many applications.
All press systems can process materials up to 450° Celsius and with up to 150 tons of pressure.
All systems are vacuum chamber systems, which can be operated up to a residual pressure of 2 millibars, depending on the equipment.
The usable area of the LP 100 series is 600 * 750 millimetres, while the usable area of the LP 1000 series is 660 * 810 millimetres.
The design of both press systems can be freely configured by the customer. The development of our own control interface also puts us in a position to adapt processes in the control sequence for individual use by the customer.
The systems of the LP 100 or LP 1000 series are available as electrically heated versions (up to 400°C) or as thermal oil heated presses (thermal oil up to 300°C).
We offer these systems both as stand-alone systems and as complete concepts with corresponding solutions for tool handling and as fully automated systems.
