The roots of our company go back to 1986, when Mr. Alberto Haseneder founded HML Multilayerpressen GmbH..
1989
In 1989, another partner joined the company and HR Maschinenbau GmbH was founded as a subsidiary.
The following years
In the years that followed, HML Multilayerpressen GmbH achieved a high level of market acceptance both nationally and internationally and made a name for itself in its market segment. Many other system categories were developed and successfully placed on the market.
2007 - 2008
The difficult market situation in 2007 – 2008 forced the company to restructure, as a result of which the partner left the company and the business operations of HR Maschinenbau GmbH were discontinued.
2009
Mr. Alberto Haseneder then acquired the remaining parts of the company and took over the majority of the employees and founded today’s HML Haseneder Maschinenbau e.K. in 2009.
Since then, HML Haseneder Maschinenbau e.K. has been a family-run company, with Mr. Alberto Haseneder as Managing Director until the end of 2022.
2023
In 2023, Mr. Thomas Haseneder, who previously held the role of sales manager and authorized signatory, took over the management of the company. Ms. Pia Haseneder, responsible for accounting and finance, was appointed authorized signatory.
